Nova Peak Digital helps local home service businesses in the United States get more jobs through Google. We do this by optimizing Google Business Profiles, running Google Ads, building websites, and setting up automation systems for lead follow up and reviews.

We are looking for a Client Success Manager with digital marketing experience to help manage client accounts and support our backend systems. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with clients.

Responsibilities:

-Assist with client onboarding

-Build and edit websites (GoHighLevel or similar)

-Set up and manage Google Ads Fix and manage CRM automations

-Communicate with clients and handle requests Take onboarding and support calls

Minimum Requirements:

30+ hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Clear fluent English

Digital marketing experience

Strong communication and organization

Preferred Experience:

Google Ads

Local SEO / Google Business Profile

Website building

GoHighLevel or CRM experience

Experience with local service businesses

Earning Potential:

Base salary: $750-1000+/mo(depending on skill/english level)
Increases with time
